How soon will I receive my order?
We offer same day dispatch if you place your order on weekdays before 11am or next day dispatch anytime after 11am. For estimated delivery times please refer to our Shipping page.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes we do! If you are in Australia and spend over $150 and you will receive free shipping on your goodies.

Can you ship internationally?
Yes we absolutely can.

My order hasn’t arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the time frame we have given then please contact us at hello@arlixandhufie.com.au immediately and we will track it down for you.

What do I do if my order has missing items?
Although we strive for perfection, we are human and sometimes things go awry. We are so sorry for any inconvenience this has caused and our customer service team is here to help make things right. Please contact our customer service team via hello@arlixandhufie.com.au so that they can work to solve this issue asap.

What if my item is faulty?
We take great care to ensure all items are in perfect condition and absent of any faults before shipping your order to you. Faulty good exchanges will be inspected and all claims are subject to our discretion. Please contact us via email hello@arlixandhufie.com.au.

What if I changed my mind or I have ordered the wrong size?
If you need to return or exchange an item, we are happy to assist and offer a returns policy. Returns are only available on full priced items. Please contact us at hello@arlixandhufie.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. We will then provide instructions. Once our email with instructions have been sent the item/s must be returned to us within 10 working days. The item/s must be in their original condition, unused, unworn and unwashed. Original tags and packaging intact. Postage costs incurred are payable by you to return the item and we recommend you opt in for tracking with your postage carrier.
